Description
Weber "proved in detail that his force law followed the principle of the conservation of energy" (Assis '94).
Duhem 2015 p. 141: "This appendix ['Ueber die Zusammenhang der elektrostatischen und der elektrodynamischen Erscheinungen nebst Anwendung auf die elektrodynamischen Maassbestimmungen '] contained the famous law of Weber."
