Description
quotes O'Rahilly's Electromagnetics and has a section on that book
He also mentions ens rationis (and quotes Maritain re: it) and how the connection between the entia rationis of physical theory and the ens rationis that is its object remains "elusive."
He thinks Maritain develops Duhem's thought and concludes that what Maritain calls "empiriological" physics only answers " how" (quia), whereas philosophy answer "why" (propter quid).
Interestingly, Kant isn't mentioned much, despite his name being in the book's title.
