cf. PDF p. 649 (DjVu p. 331) on De Receptionibus. It includes the rite of Third Order Dominican reception (PDF p. 555 // DjVu p. 284). There is even a rite De promovendi ad Magisterium Sacræ Theologiæ (PDF p. 552 // DjVu p. 283).
PDF p. 548 is the De modo faciendi professionem , in which it is clear that only obedience (to God, superiors, rule, etc.) is explicitly professed (chastity and poverty are understood as falling implicitly under obedience)
