Description
pp. 80-86 (PDF pp. 76-82) is the chapter "de sorte infantium absque baptismo decedentium ," which was still-born ("mort-né " as Frère Pierre-Marie, O.P., puts it in his Sel de la terre n° 106 article "Le sort des infants mortes sans baptême" pp. 10-29) and thus didn't make into the final draft "de Deposito pure custodiendo " ("On defending intact the deposit of faith" in The Council that Might Have Been), which the council fathers didn't even discuss because the first and only document they did discuss, De fontibus Revelationis, was deemed too condemnatory and anti-Modernist, thus they scrapped the rest of the Preparatory Commission's documents.
cf. Can an unborn infant be martyred?
This is part one (of two) of Volume III of the Preparatory documents of the Second Vatican Council.
Volume III details the final schemas prepared for the Council by the ten Preparatory Commissions and two Secretariats. Part one contains the schemas prepared by the following five commissions: the Theological Commission, the Commission for Bishops and the Governance of Dioceses, the Commission for the Discipline of the Clergy and the Christian People, the Commission for Religious, and the Commission for the Discipline of the Sacraments.
