Introduction to Electrodynamics (4th ed.)

Description

No mention of Ampère's, Weber's force law, or any action-at-a-distance force theory (no surprise)

Assis 1994 pp. 144-6 (PDF pp. 155-8) references an older version of Griffiths regarding Lénard-Wiechart potentials, where Assis derives "Maxwell's force law," what O'Rahilly (p. 218) and Assis call the Liénard-Schwarzchild force.

Griffiths, a Reed College prof, also wrote a 📖 on quantum.
