Description

According to Modernist moral theologian Curran [p. 97, PDF p. 112], Germain Grisez was "a lay philosopher" and "the most significant figure in this group" that "strongly disagreed with the newer revisionist approaches and defended the existing hierarchical[=magisterial!] teachings"; he "published Contraception and the Natural Law in 1964, defending the condemnation of artificial contraception." He is a founder of the New Natural Law Theory, something Feser discusses.
