Cap. 8. De cavenda nimia familiaritate.
This sentence struck me: "Non sis familiaris alicui mulieri, sed in communi omnes bonas mulieres Deo commenda. " ("Don't be familiar with any [particular] woman, but commend all good women to God.")
Other translations:
"Be not intimate with any woman, but generally commend all good women to God."
"Be not familiar with any woman, but commend all good women alike unto God."
Familiarity breeds contempt. (nimia familiaritas parit contemptum)
