ch. 1 seems to support the "attraction theory" (cf. Pope St. Pius X's 1913 Holy Office's refusal to condemn Can. Lahitton's 1909 & 1910 books refuting the proponents of the theory of l'attrait, in Butler, O.P.), although he doesn't mention Can. Lahitton by name. Abbé Grimaud doesn't seem to portray l'attrait (=propositum?) as a feeling, though.
ch. 2 is on the rôle of the family in fostering vocations, how only-children are disadvantaged, but large families are advantageous.
ch. 3 is parochial influences; also discusses "La lutte contre l'enseignement neutre. " (how co-ed dostroys vocations).
