She had an interview with Father Cipolletti, master general of the Dominicans, from whom she wished to ask an act of affiliation with the Dominican Order for all associates of the Living Rosary. “I have myself been enrolled in the Confraternity of the Rosary since 1817,” she told him, “and it is always a joy to me to call Saint Dominic my father.”
