He gives 18 synonyms for what he thinks is best termed "perfect posession" (ref:7.33):
invisible possession, latent possession, voluntary possession, constantly possessed, permanent possessions, fully possessed, active possession, full and unquestioned possession, the most severe form of possession, formal union with the powers of darkness, mystic marriage of the human mind with Satan, diabolical scandal and compact with Satan, integral possession or diabolic integration, an extreme form of possessioncomplacent possession, freely chosen possession, total possession, demonic dependence, willed satanic subjugation, and demonic bondage.
He thinks "Malachi Martin [was] the first person to label this state as perfect possession. " and "Saudreau [L'état mystique] […] is the oldest writer who speaks of this and gives it a formal name (possession latente [🇫🇷] = latent possession) yet gives no reference or source for his teaching." (ref:7.83). Google Ngrams gives many instances of the phrase "perfect possession" from 1880-1900, but they're probably mostly not in the context of the diabolic.
I'm surprised Bell doesn't mention ex-satanic wizard Zachary King who's shut down dozens of abortuaries or Bl. Bartolo Longo, ex-satanic high priest.
Theophilus, bishop of Alexandria, consecrated St. John bishop of Constantinople/Antioch; cf. Palladius, Dialogue Concerning the Life of Chrysostom. Theophilus was very evil: Bell, Slaves of Satan ref:9.48: "Another early story of a pact with the devil regards Theophilus who allegedly sold his soul with a contract written in blood to the devil in order to become a bishop."
ref:12.14 is remniscent of Pope St. Pius X, Doctoris angelici: "error with regard to the nature of creation begets a false knowledge of God":

They can take in whole areas of information and learn them at once, that is if they do not already know it from it being infused into them upon their creation. The way their intellect works is they have what are called co-natural infused intelligible species or forms. These species or forms contain whole areas of knowable things. The angels can access all of the information contained inside one of these species all at once, knowing all there is to know in them all at once. The higher the angelic nature the less forms or species they have and the more knowledge is contains in one form. So the higher angels know more and can think about more and do more all at once. Additionally, because of their knowledge of the universe, cause and effect, human nature ect theyv are sometimes able to accurately predict what will happen in the future as I explained in an earlier chapter.
