II. The Spanish nation regards as a badge of honour its respect for the Law of God, according to the doctrine of the Holy Catholic, Apostolic and Roman Church, the one true and inseparable faith of the national conscience, which inspires the legislation of the country.

VII. The Spanish people, united by Law and order, cognizant of the postulates of authority, liberty and service, constitute the National State. Their political system is, within the immutable principles of the National Movement and the provisions of the Law of Succession and the other Fundamental Laws, a traditional, Catholic, social and representative Monarchy.

Article Six. The profession and practice of the Catholic religion, which is the religion of the Spanish State, shall enjoy official support. The State shall assume the responsibility of protecting religious freedom, which shall be guaranteed by an efficacious juridical machinery, which, at the same time, shall safeguard morals and public order.

Article Six was changed on 26 June 1967 to protect even the public expressions of non-Catholics, and was approved by Modernist Rome because it aligned with Dignatitis Humanæ!

Article Twenty-two. The State recognizes and protects the family as a natural institution and the foundation of society, with rights and duties anterior and superior to every positive human law.  Matrimony shall be indissoluble.
The State shall give special assistance to large families.

Article Nine. In order to exercise the Headship of State as King or Regent, the candidate must be male and a Spaniard, must have attained the age of thirty, profess the Catholic religion, possess the qualities necessary for the execution of his high mission and swear to uphold the Fundamental Laws, as well as swear allegiance to the Principles governing the National Movement. The same oath must be taken by the successor after reaching the age of thirty years.

Here's what the 1978 Constitution, Article 16 says:

1. Freedom of ideology, religion and worship is guaranteed, to individuals and communities with no other restriction on their expression than may be necessary to maintain public order as protected by law.
2. No one may be compelled to make statements regarding his or her ideology, religion or beliefs.
3. No religion shall have a state character. The public authorities shall take into account the religious beliefs of Spanish society and shall consequently maintain appropriate cooperation relations with the Catholic Church and other confessions.

CONSTITUCION
TITULO I
CAPITULO UNICO
LA PERSONA HUMANA Y LOS FINES DEL ESTADO
Art. 1.- El Salvador reconoce a la persona humana como el origen [not God? cf. Leo XIII, Diuturnum] y el fin de la actividad del Estado [← this has a personalist ring to it...], que está organizado para la consecución de la justicia, de la seguridad jurídica y del bien común.
Asimismo reconoce como persona humana a todo ser humano desde el instante de la concepción. [←1999 amendment]
En consecuencia, es obligación del Estado asegurar a los habitantes de la República, el goce de la libertad, la salud, la cultura, el bienestar económico y la justicia social.

Art. 25.- Se garantiza el libre ejercicio de todas las religiones, sin más límite que el trazado por la moral y el orden público. [← This has a Dignatatis Humanæ tinge to it...] Ningún acto religioso servirá para establecer el estado civil de las personas.
Art. 26.- Se reconoce la personalidad jurídica de la Iglesia Católica. Las demás iglesias podrán obtener, conforme a la ley, el reconocimiento de su personalidad.

CAPITULO II
DERECHOS SOCIALES
SECCION PRIMERA
FAMILIA
Art. 32.- La familia es la base fundamental de la sociedad y tendrá la protección del Estado, quien dictará la legislación necesaria y creará los organismos y servicios apropiados para su integración, bienestar y desarrollo social, cultural y económico.
El fundamento legal de la familia es el matrimonio y descansa en la igualdad jurídica de los cónyuges.
El Estado fomentará el matrimonio; pero la falta de éste no afectará el goce de los derechos que se establezcan en favor de la familia.

CAPITULO II [del Código Criminal]
DE LOS DELITOS RELATIVOS A LA VIDA DEL SER HUMANO EN FORMACIÓN
ABORTO CONSENTIDO Y PROPIO
Art. 133.- El que provocare un aborto con el consentimiento de la mujer o la mujer que provocare su propio aborto o consintiere que otra persona se lo practicare, serán sancionados con prisión de dos a ocho años.
