It seems that the majority of women in the West are daughters of this world, whereas there are perhaps an increasing number of daughters of nature in the West, mostly still in perhaps Third World countries too. Daughters of the law are found more in Muslim countries I would imagine and in particular situations, especially among certain heretical sects. Daughters of grace are extremely rare but are like pearls "of great price" (Matt. 13:46).
