Yes, those are certainly heretics (spec. formal heretics because they know they are in obstinate opposition to Church teaching).
The Decalogue, which is part of Revelation, is a codification of natural law. Denying any truth of Revelation is heresy. Therefore, denying any of the 10 Commandments (e.g., the 5
th, which pertains to abortion) is heresy.
