Description
WARNING: Jone is very wrong in thinking "imperfect sodom" (p. 539, PDF p. 556) is permitted among the married. Cf. St. Alphonsus Theologia Moralis on q. 916 Quær. 4 "An peccet mortaliter vir inchoando copulam in vase præpostero ut postea in vase debito eam consummet." He says the truer opinion is that it is a mortal sin, because it can't be done "sine affectu sodomitico". Just as inchoate fornication is still fornication, so is inchoate sodomy still sodomy.
