I did not find adequate arguments from this video that the new theology was not modernist. No matter the intention of bishops, priests, or theologians at the Council, the objective results are there. I gathered from a recent interview of Bishop Williamson by Gene Zanetti on the Youtube channel Spiritual Strength, the problem with the Council according to Archbishop Lefebvre was its underlying subjectivism even more than its errors concerning religious liberty, collegiality, and ecumenism.

Yes, by Jürgen Mettepenningen. I've read it. It's a good overview of the history of the New Theology movement.
Fr. Albert's article "The Last Battle of Garrigou-Lagrange" is good overview of Fr. G.-L.'s battle against that Modernistic movement.

Interesting. I see the author is from Seton Hall University. That's where the physicist-theologian Fr. Stanley Jaki, O.S.B. taught.
Also, has Viganò explicitly mentioned the New Theology yet?
