Have you read Essence & Topicality of Thomism and Reality: A Synthesis of Thomistic Thought by Fr. Réginald Garrigou-Lagrange, O.P.?

The first one not yet, though I've dabbled a little in "Reality: A Synthesis of Thomistic Thought" when I was trying to make some sense of post-mortem obstinance. That said, I'm in the process of reading "God, His Nature and His Existence," and it's been a great read so far but some things have me confused and looking for answers so I can savor the rest of the work. Especially the parts relating to idealism.

Hello, from Spain! I have discovered your site only 4 months ago, finally crawled by Google!
For more than 20 years I am gathering catholic documents and books in many languages in order to share them with seminarians worldwide. In fact in my repositories there are right now more than 50.000 volumes. Your site helps me a lot to complete some of my collections.
I have found the 3 books which are not in your "Cursus theologicus Summam Theologicam angelici doctoris D. Thomae complectens". I don't know how I could share them with you.

I am interested in learning about Catholic philosophy in general and Thomism in particular, "Especially where it makes my brain hurt most" (as Aristotle put it), since this is precisely where I have yet to understand it. To this end, the ebook library here is already helping: I have already found enough to keep me busy for at least a year, though I also feel a urgent need to share what knowledge I already have, however imperfect, with others. Scholasticism cannot exclude evangelical zeal without degenerating into vain sophistry, and yet there is no such thing as charity without truth. Indeed, the 'ecumenist' belief that global moral unity ought to be pursued at any cost, even if it means suppressing the truth of the Gospel, is one of the principal errors of our time.

"Thomism corresponds to the profound needs of the modern world because it restores the love of truth for the sake of truth itself": if this is what Thomism is all about, then count me in.
