Forum access and pictures and videos

The forum works normally now only through the wireless service at my home but does not download to my mobile phone through 4G data usage. It was not downloading one day this week through my wireless service at home either. What is the cause?

Are there any ways to post pictures in forum threads? Or  to post Youtube video links to show up as thumbnail images?

The forum was never down.
Calibre, which serves the e-books, was updated to version 5 (based on Python 3 only). It's been quitting intermittently when I periodically clear its cache files.
