I have so many myself, but I will name a few. Of course, there is first of all the Angelic Doctor himself. I like St. Alphonsus de' Liguori especially as well, for he is the great moral doctor of the Church.

Check out St. Alphonsus's works in the St. Isidore e-book library, including all the volumes of his famous Theologia Moralis and a translation of some excerpts from it.
