Probably one of the worst moral theology books (at least regarding sexual matters)...

Interesting. Come to think of it, I don't come across that moral theology book's name often. I gather Prûmmer is a better one perhaps? Timothy Flanders uses that book often as a reference on The Meaning of Catholic Youtube channel shows.

I remember Dave Gordon, brother of Dr  Timothy Gordon and an employee now of Church Militant, quoted from Jone in a video where he explicitly talked about the marital act and Catholic teaching. Unfortunately, the Gordon brothers subscribe to the American Revolution and Whig Thomism as well as being supportive of the new catechism and being okay in principle with the existence of the Novus Ordo Missae. They do not believe that errors did disseminate from Vatican II.

This is a very confusing statement, at best:

Excluding the sodomitical intention it is neither sodomy nor a grave sin if intercourse is begun in a rectal manner with the in­tention of consummating it naturally or if some sodomitical action is posited without danger of pollution.

At worst, it says acts of sodomy are permitted as means to completing the marriage act.

The context is paying the marriage debt when the spouse exacting it engages in immoral activity and the principle of double effect has to be applied.

I suppose the Franciscan school needs to be careful to not fall into nominalism and socialism, even though they can claim the Church's endorsement of the teaching of St. Bonaventure in Aeterni Patris of Leo XIII and the use of Bl. John Duns Scotus' teaching to define the dogma of the Immaculate Conception?
